Plum Bird.

Well I'm officially 12 weeks today! I don't know if that means I've just completed my first trimester, or if I have 1 week left... either way, it's already gone by so fast!

It's quite larger than before, eh?? Miraculously, I still haven't gained any weight (a pound or 2 here and there have hung out for a day or 2, but then I've always gone back down to my original weight) - even though I definitely look a little fat now! I can't wait for Baby belly to be big enough that people can actually tell that I'm pregnant!

Not much else in Bird news at the moment... we had a great huge party last night for the 5 people that have birthdays in July: Eva (niece), Josh (cousin), Aaron (friend), Jessica (friend), and me (me). It was a lot of fun and wonderful to have most of our friends together at once!

Other than that, we're VERY loosely contemplating the idea of trying to buy a house this year (sounds impossible, but maybe worth a try?) so we shall see what happens in that department...

Andy wants me to stop blogging and play Wii with him now (I think maybe he secretly wanted one too... "birthday present" HA! ..... just kidding Andy, I know you got it for me!)

Early Birthday

So since Andy and I will be on the road driving to Ohio tomorrow, he decided I should open my presents early...

I must say, I've never been a big BD person, but my dear sweet husband certainly had different ideas about the whole thing... I feel a little guilty for allowing him to indulge in such extravagance, but I guess I should just be thankful!!! :) And I was sooooo excited!

I didn't get any pictures from when I opened them, but here are a couple taken later...

AHHH! It was all very very exciting! We had talked about buying some of this months and months ago, but decided not to spend the money... little did I know Andy had plans of his own!!

We got to play Mario Kart last night and had a great time - it will be fun to play all the other games that came with the Wii itself and with the extra controller!

This is happy (and, as always, sleepy Mii! ;)




Also, since I haven't posted any baby-belly pics, here is my 10 1/2 week shot... I still haven't gained any weight, or even gained back the 5-7 pounds I lost at the beginning... I'm about 1 1/2 weeks from being done with the first trimester, though, so hopefully I'll "pop" soon!
















And, just in case anyone thinks I'm trying to make excuses for a lot of extra ice cream or something, here is the real proof... although a bit late I suppose... (it's that little plus sign on the left)
